Double layered genuine leather leaf earrings. I start by laser cutting genuine 4/5oz vegetable tanned leather, then add the turquoise color to the bottom layer with burst effect dye for the top layer. These are complete with bronze hardware and ear wires.

My inspiration for this style was my cousin Kristin: The Creator - Easily one of the most creative people I know. She is a person that can create pieces of art out of thin air. For her anything is possible. Most of us find comfort in operating within the boundaries, but she exists outside the box. She sees everything as a tool that can be used to make the world more beautiful and interesting, I'm always inspired by her ability to visualize and innovate.
